PLEASE NOTE: Once our pre-press team have prepared your artwork for print you will be emailed a PDF proof which can take up to 48 hours to produce. The delivery option you have selected will be in effect after you sign off your proof, not from the time you checkout.

DL Tent Calendar Artwork Setup;
Each design needs to be ordered separately – if you have more than one design, place separate orders adding each to your cart for your final price.
DL Tent Calendar Artwork Setup;
(1) Set your page / document size to 210 mm wide by 312 mm tall – this is the ‘trim size’ (portrait files only).
(2) Ensure your document has 3 mm of bleed outside of the ‘page / document size’ (file size including bleed 216 mm wide x 318 mm tall).
(3) Set a ‘safe-area’ margin inside of the page size of 5 mm, we advise not having any text or important elements within 5 mm of the trim lines. Ensure only CMYK colours are used (no RGB’s), ensure all fonts are outlined and ensure all imagers are 300 dpi CMYK quality print images so we can obtain the best quality print for you.
(4) The first ‘fold line’ down from the top page edge is 99 mm down, place a guide here, above this first guide is one viewable panel of your DL calendar. Ensure all content inside this top panel is upside down so it views correctly when the calendar is made up.
(5) The second fold line is 198 mm down from the top page edge. This second section is another viewable panel of your DL calendar. Ensure all content inside this second panel is the right way up, so it views correctly when the calendar is made up.
(6) The third fold line is 297 mm down from the top page edge. The section above is the third fold guide is the base. You can choose to print on this face our leave it blank. Ensure all content inside this second panel is the right way up, so it views correctly when the calendar is made up.
(7) The bottom 15 mm section below the third fold line should not contain any important content, as it will not be visible. HOWEVER, please do extend / bleed any block colours or images into this base 15 mm section by at least 5 mm.
LEAD TIMES; All stated product specific lead times are from receipt of your online payment, as well as either (1) Ready To Print Artwork (set up in accordance with the product specific artwork specs) or (2) from the point of approval of any design we may have generated for you at your request. Lead times are based on standard Monday to Friday working days.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER; Where possible we have given HEX colour product references. You can visit https://htmlcolorcodes.com to check any RGB or HEX colours. However, please note that individual electronic devices (monitors, laptops, tablets & mobiles) all display colours slightly differently and therefore may differ to actual product colours.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS; Should there be any errors in description, manufacture process, lead time or in artwork specification, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment. If we have completed any artwork for you on any of the items within your order(s), the upfront and agreed artwork charge(s) shown on the product page(s) will be deducted from your payment.
