Square Beer Mats Artwork Setup;
Each design needs to be ordered separately – if you have more than one design, place separate orders adding each to your cart for your final price.
Set your page / document size to trim to 93 mm x 93mm, add 2mm bleed and ensure the document uses CMYK colours only (no RGB’s). Have a ‘safe area’ margin of 4mm and ensure all important elements are within the safe-area – FYI the radius corners are about 12.5 mm.
Vector Graphics; To ensure that your artwork is printed at the highest possible resolution, your artwork must be supplied as a vector graphic at 100% size. Please supply your artwork as either a CMYK colour format illustrator EPS, illustrator AI or vector PDF file only with embedded fonts (no RGB elements). This means that we can scale up your artwork to any size without the content appearing pixelated. We cannot use the following file formats JPEG, GIF, PNG or TIFF, or any files that contain these file types.
LEAD TIMES; All stated product specific lead times are from receipt of your online payment, as well as either (1) Ready To Print Artwork (set up in accordance with the product specific artwork specs) or (2) from the point of approval of any design we may have generated for you at your request. Lead times are based on standard Monday to Friday working days.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER; Where possible we have given HEX colour product references. You can visit https://htmlcolorcodes.com to check any RGB or HEX colours. However, please note that individual electronic devices (monitors, laptops, tablets & mobiles) all display colours slightly differently and therefore may differ to actual product colours.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS; Should there be any errors in description, manufacture process, lead time or in artwork specification, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment. If we have completed any artwork for you on any of the items within your order(s), the upfront and agreed artwork charge(s) shown on the product page(s) will be deducted from your payment.
